EU Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 10 days of receiving your last item, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, please notify us of your decision to withdraw within the 14-day period by contacting us through our Contact page. You may use a clear statement (for example, a message stating that you wish to cancel your order). Once we receive your withdrawal notice, we will confirm the return details with you.

After notifying us, you must send the item(s) back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of communicating your withdrawal.

How to start a return

To begin any return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We'll respond with return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Restocking fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 10 days to your original payment method. Refunds cover the price of the returned item(s). Original shipping charges, where applicable, are refunded in line with your statutory rights.

Condition of returned items

Items should be returned in their original condition. You may be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within a reasonable time through our Contact page and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
